It snowed here again really bad, so I am not sure I’m going to the Y as they have not salted yet. It looks a slippery mess out there. I may put on my snow suit and tramp around outside, do 12,000 steps today instead of the elliptical and stuff at the Y.
Weighed in 166! again. 36 pounds to go. That sounds so much easier than the original 80 pounds, but I am just ready to be done! and at my goal weight.
Oh yah, I tried on my Spring Party outfit and I could actually zip it up. It’s still too tight though. But maybe by next Saturday I’ll be able to wear it.
Today’s Goals:
30 minutes Yoga
12,000 steps or 45 minutes Elliptical
One serving meals, no seconds
120 oz. water
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 11pm/Wakeup 7am
Weightloss so far – 44 pounds
