25-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 16, Day 105

I forgot to tell ya’ll, I had to move my Spring Party to the 28th because it was cold here with the snow and all. I’m glad I did because we had rain and a light snow this past Saturday where I live. But – I tried on my size 8 outfit anyway and I could fit it! it was too tight but I could actually get it on and zipped up and everything. By the 28th it should fit me just right.

Last week I had so much fun with Mercury Man and my Baby Bops, but I am so glad everybody is back at their respective schools this week and I can get back to my regular working schedule.

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 5:45am
Weightloss so far – 47 pounds
