25-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 16, Day 106

I now weigh 162.5 (down from 210 in January) and as most of the excess fat was in my back, belly, & thighs, I had a hard time ‘seeing’ it when clothed and in my face so much. But now I can definitely see the weight loss in my face, especially from certain angles like this. My jawline is becoming visible again! especially when compared to the second photo, taken last December.

Full body pics coming at 160 pounds! That will be next week. Today is a busy day for me, this whole week will be busy, but I am committed to making Sunday my day of rest with a minimum of work. Mercury Man had an extremely tough day at work yesterday so when he gets home today I want to just pamper him and help him relax, which means I have to get my work done. Tuesdays are our date night as MIL gets the kids. Tonight he will probably want to stay home and just relax, rest up.

If he wants to we’ll go to the Y when he gets home; if he doesn’t I’ll go late at 9pm for the last hour and get my workout in. Either way I’m going to work it out, yeah!!

On yoga: I do 30 minutes of yoga every morning as soon as I get up. It’s such a great way to start the day, it really makes me feel limber mentally as well as physically. I think I really need to start challenging myself to do some of the tougher poses…I think this will help me to mentally challenge myself to do some of the tougher/scarier things I need to do for my business the rest of this month.

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes elliptical
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Raw veggies snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 10pm/Wakeup 6am
Weightloss so far – 48.5 pounds
