Holding steady at 162. I haven’t lost anything in like 3 days but I havent gained anything either, so I guess I should consider that as being ok, if not actual progress. I’ve been so busy with work I’ve been slacking off in the exercise department, only doing stuff every other day. I renew my comittment to getting all this weight off of me TODAY, and I will make every effort to post my exercise progress daily. I have no time to go to the YMCA today but I will do an exercise video (not mine, I’m re-doing mine when I lose all this weight) later on tonight.

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
45 minutes exercise video
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meals
Bedtime 9pm/Wakeup 6am
Weightloss so far: 48 pounds
