25-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 17, Day 113

TMI alert: I am having a heavy flow this month and gained 6 pounds of water this week!! I generally gain just 3 pounds each period but can go as high as 7 pounds, but since I started the challenge I have lost weight during my period anyway. Not this month. I know it’s only water (because I haven’t been overeating) but I have been extra-tired from working in the garden too, so I haven’t been to the Y since last week. blah. Weighed in this morning at 168. I should be done by Thursday. I tend to lose my water bloat in a day or two after my period ends so I hope to be back at 162 (pre-period weight) and then work off 3 pounds by May. I want to enter May 2007 at 159…I can do it!

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
12,000 steps
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
Brush & floss after every meal
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 10pm/Wakeup 6am
Weightloss so far – 42 pounds
