25-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 18, Day 119

Less than 30 pounds to go! I made my April goal, weighed in this morning at 159.5! I wanted to be under 160 going into May and I made it. Not by much, but this really helps me and motivates me. I will make 130 pounds by my goal date, I can just feel it. New pics coming sooon! I can really see my weight loss in my arms and legs now, woooot!

I could fit into my outfit for the Spring Party meaning I could zip it up, but it was still too tight because I was still a little bloated in my belly area from my period. So I wore something else, but that’s ok. I ate a normal amount of food which I am really proud of because I tend to gorge at parties. I was going to make a vegan cake but I just knew that would slow down my weightloss, and I really really really wanted to be under 160 come May, so I just put out fruit and one of my friends bought different fruit too so everyone had something sweet to eat for dessert! I am so glad I did that.

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes elliptical
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
Bedtime 10pm/Wakeup 6am
Weightloss so far – 50.5 pounds
