Hi there! I've never been a believer of weighing yourself daily, but you are definitely the exception to the rule. I see that weighing yourself has been your motivator while for most people it can be a deterrent to doing well. Most people that weight themselves daily freak out over a 1/4 lb gain, while you on the other-hand have rationalized what has caused the gain and eliminated it from your daily foods. Good for you and keep up the good work!

I am a big believer in weighing yourself daily. I not only weigh myself every day, but write that weight down on a calendar and record it in my workout log each day.

My main purpose for weighing myself every day is to key in how my body is doing. Rapid weight gain/loss usually means that my body is trying to fight off some sort of infection or that I'm training too hard and need some rest or vitamin supplementation.
