Oh boy! I can’t believe it’s been so long since I updated my progress! I apologize, I have been crazy busy. No excuse, I must make time for this blog because it is important to me. I think I just pushed posting my progress to the back of my mind because my weight loss slowed and was at a standstill for weeks. I’ve been at 152 since June began, grrrr. And as this is week 23 of my challenge, I’m not going to hit my goal by week 25. I knew this some weeks ago but it’s still kind of depressing for me. However I know I will get to 130 by the end of summer, so that lifts me up. I have lost 58 pounds since January! That is awesome and I know I will reach my goal. This week I will get down to under 150, by Saturday. I can do it!
Yesterday I went out for a mile-run with my son S-bop. He rode alongside me on his scooter and helped me out by encouraging me. I beat my last time by a minute! I ran a mile in 11 minutes, 30 seconds. I think last time was 12 minutes, 30 seconds. I can walk a mile in 12 minutes so it cracked me up that I could not run faster than I could walk. I can now run faster than I can walk so there is hope for me with running yet!
Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes eliptical
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, Raw fruit for dessert
Brush and floss after every meal
Bedtime when sleepy, Wakeup 5am
Weight loss so far – 58 pounds!

i put myself on a similar challenge (to lose about 20lbs in 17 weeks – i’m in the 11th week) to yours. i wanted to let you know that your photos are so inspirational and i think you’ve done remarkably well! keep up the fantastic work; you look great already and are well on the way to looking totally awesome!
