25-Week Fitness Challenge: Week 23, Day 165

Weighed in this morning at 151 pounds. Why oh why is 150 so darn hard to reach?? LOL! I am doing good, I hope you are too. I did my yoga this morning and later going to spinning class. I haven’t done spinning in a few weeks so I hope it won’t be too hard. Food is going well, I have a ‘new’ snack to handle cravings…sliced cucumbers are the new ‘emergency’ carrots! They seem to have the same calming effect on me when I get all panicky and feel I HAVE to eat something.

I’m baking bread in a bit, send me strength not to go crazy on my fresh-baked bread! I will have just 2 slices. I can do it!

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
15 minutes sauna
45 minutes spinning class
120 oz. water
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, Raw fruit for dessert
Brush and floss after every meal
Bedtime when sleepy, Wakeup 5am
Weight loss so far – 59 pounds!
