I’ve been planning to get to the gym early in the morning to get my exercise in first thing. I’ve been having trouble getting up, probably because I’ve been getting to bed late, ha. I got to the gym today before 9 but for the rest of this week I’m going to try to go as soon as it opens. Wish me luck!

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes treadmill run
30 minutes yoga
50 crunches
Walk 10,000 steps
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 210 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 142 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds
