		<description>you are a total inspiration to me. i commented a while back saying i&#039;d set myself a challenge to lose weight but life &quot;got in the way&quot; and i didn&#039;t complete it. i realised now that i&#039;ve been trying to lose the same 20-25lbs on and off from ages 16-19. i&#039;m 20 in january and know that i can&#039;t spend my 20s battling the weight too; it&#039;s too much of a physical and emotional roller-coaster. seeing you still heading towards your goal motivates me to stop with the excuses, change my entire lifestyle (not just diet and exercise habits for a few weeks) and actually stick it through even if it takes me longer than i want to become healthier. you&#039;ve shown me that patience and perseverance is key. i really admire your spirit. you are amazing!</description>
