Ok I am trying to stay focused and positive about my weight loss but I just weighed myself and I have only lost a half pound since last time, which was like 5 or 6 days ago. WTF?!! I feel like my body is fighting me tooth and nail on this last ten pounds. Part of me feels like forget it, I will never get to 130. But another part of me feels very stubborn and fixated on getting to 130 pounds. I feel like that would truly be my best weight. And the weight is coming off, albeit super crazy ultra slow, and I am not dieting or anything drastic. I am continuing to eat normal portions of food and a normal amount of exercise or body movement each day. If my body wasn’t meant to weigh less, why would I still be losing weight.

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
Run 2 miles
Walk 10,000 steps
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 210 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 137 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds

hey, 1/2 lb is still very good progress. if you feel your weight loss is too slow, it could be that you’re eating too little or too much. eating more or less is one way to break a plateau. maybe you could tweak how much you eat for about a week and see if there’s any progress. or you could also try calorie cycling which helps break plateaus/speed up weight-loss. or switch up your exercise routine as your body have have become use to what you’re doing, alternatively maybe increase the duration/intensity of what you currently do.

you are very close to your goal weight, so don’t give up! :)
