I am about to go to bed and thinking about tomorrow. I’m not worried I will overeat or anything, but somewhat stressing thinking all the food will slow my weight loss. But hey, it can’t get any slower than what it already is, ha! I will have seconds and I will have dessert! :)

Today’s Goals:
30 minutes yoga
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds!
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, pie for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 210 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 137 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds
