I’m still creeping along towards my weight loss goal. Weighed in today 135. I feel like a turtle, LOL

Today’s Goals:
Walk 12,000 steps
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 210 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 135 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds
