Day 3 training for Cleveland Marathon. Just 10,000 walking today thank goodness. I’m going to break it up into three walks: two 4,000 step walks and one 2,000 steps.

Today’s Health Goals:
Walk 5 miles/10,000 steps
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, birthday cake for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 137.5 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 137 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
