I did ok with my eating during th holidays but after New Year’s overate somewhat. Sheesh it’s been a year and I still have eyes bigger than belly syndrome. Ok, back on track. I’m going to lose these last eight pounds so I can start my next fitness goal. I can do it! Happy New Year.

Today’s Goals:
Walk 12,000 steps
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 210 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 138 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds
