I’m doing the half-marathon event at the RiteAid Cleveland Marathon 2008! I am excited about it. This will be my first official half-marathon. Some event info:

Marathon/Half 7:00 AM
10K 7:35 AM
Starts at St. Clair & E 13th
Training plan basics:
Sat, Sun, Tue – 5 mile run days
Wed,Thu,Fri – 3 mile run + 2mile walk days.
Monday – just walk 10,000 steps day
I’m still doing 30 minutes of yoga daily. BIG help with breathing control during running & endurance. I will challenge myself with difficult poses for strength.
