The scale is starting to move again. Weighed-in this morning at 137.5, which is nice. I’m upping my water content again, too, lately I’ve been drinking about 80z water a day instead of 120oz. The extra water really helps with weight loss and staying hydrated during exercise. I wanted to take more pics on my birthday, January 13th, but I don’t think I’ll be at my goal weight by then. Maybe I will anyway, it’s been a while since I updated with pics.

Today’s Goals:
45 minutes elliptical
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Start: 210 pounds
Today’s weigh-in: 137.5 pounds
Goal: 130 pounds
