Bikers

I saw some bikers the other day. I can’t wait to get back into biking!

Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Run 3 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, apple for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 147 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
