Boo hiss! I missed the last minute sign-up day. I know, I know, why did I wait until the last minute. In retrospect I have been so busy getting stuff ready for my bookstore it’s no surprise I forget about it. Oh well. There are a couple of smaller, local races in June & July, I will do those. I’ve also been overeating, not watching my portions and eating junk food. So I’ve gained a few pounds back. Egads! I will force myself to post here daily, it really helps keep me on track.
5-mile run today, and drinking lots of water!
Today’s Health Goals:
Yoga 30 minutes
Run 5 miles after dinner
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks, apple for dessert
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 151 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
