Coming of my period and sprained my right ankle, so I’m taking it easy today. I think it will be ok to stand on by tomorrow, then I will go for a walk for exercise. Running to resume Saturday.

Today’s Health Goals:
Light yoga 15 minutes
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 155 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
