Since I’ve been off my feet due to my busted ankle, I have not been able to walk much, work much, or run at all. I’ve gained 3 pounds just sitting around. Oh well I will just have to watch my food intake for the next couple of weeks since I am not able to be as active during this time.

Today’s Health Goals:
Upper body stretching 15 minutes
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 155 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
