Since I still suffer from gluttony (also known as eyes-bigger-than-belly syndrome) I think it will be very useful for me to think about ways I can alleviate this. I think I need to really focus on things I can do instead of overeating. I’ll start this series next week!

Yoga 30 minutes
Run 3 miles
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, seconds declined
No salt added to food
Raw veggies for snacks
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 152 pounds
Weight Goal: 130 pounds
