What To Do Instead of Overeating – Write a Letter

My ankle is still recovering from the sprain last week so I have been unable to run or even walk much. I’ve also been really tempted to overeat. One thing I do instead of overeating is to write old school snail mail letters. I love to receive personal letters but don’t often have the time to write letters, or so I thought. In the time it takes to stuff my face with an overload of food, which it seems like I have no problem finding the time for, I can write a letter. Today whenever I got the urge to overeat I wrote a letter that I have been putting off. Three old friends who live in other states will be surprised by the mail this week!
