Since my ankle has been busted I’ve gained gained 3 pounds! because I haven’t been able to exercise and just been sitting around. Also I’ve been snacking on fattening non-nutritious things like potato chips. 3 pounds doesn’t sound like a big deal but you may recall my Fitness Challenge of 2007…if so you know how hard I worked to lose all that weight and the changes I had to make to how I ate and exercised.
I still have 25 pounds to lose to hit my goal, and I am determined to make it. This is a delicious snack and has 0 fat, high in Vitamin C, other vitamins and minerals, and antioxidants. and delicious! and, NO SALT which is my big stumbling block.

Hi! Just wanted you to know that you’re not alone…I fractured a bone in my foot a couple of weeks ago & I can’t do much either. I’ve been sitting on my butt wishing I could go outside for a walk cause the weather is so nice here.
Oh well, what can you do but be patient and heal.
Hope you’re on your feet soon!
thanks katschi! I can’t wait to get back to running. You are right, nothing else to do but get patient and heal.
