Up a Pound, Blaming Salty Food

I am up a pound this morning. Last night I had two pieces of pizza. I know, I know. I don’t do well with salty foods. But I figured just this once, and I wasn’t adding any salt to the pizza, blah blah, excuse excuse excuse. My ankles swelled up right away and this morning weighed myself and saw I’d gained a pound of water weight. I simply cannot handle salty food *cries*. I am a salt fiend so eliminating salty food from my diet is going to be very very hard.

Today’s Health Goals:
Drink 120 oz water
One serving meals, no seconds
NO salty foods!!
Raw veggies or air-popped popcorn for snacks
Brush & floss after every meal
Today’s weigh-in: 155 pounds
Weight Goal: 125 pounds

  1. you can do it!!! I also have a problem about salt.

  2. That’s the key, not going back for seconds and thirds (which is my biggest problem). I have to retrain myself to not overload my bowl, and to not return for a 2nd heaping helpin’.
