Are you willing to decide be at a weight and fitness level that’s optimal for you?

Your excess fat may be caused by your childhood issues or what have you, but if you don’t overeat and exercise, it will come off just like the excess fat of someone who doesn’t have those particular issues. I would suggest you decide what you want to do – are you going to continue to have food/weight issues because of your childhood/other issues? Are you going to keep letting that control you? It really is a choice.
