No Longer Allowing Other People to Derail Me

It is something how we allow other people to derail us…I am not a very strong person and I’m easily affected by others’ emotionally, so when folks would say wacky things to me about losing weight I’d take it to heart. Now I’m feeling/becoming stronger and more secure about myself and my choices. I know it’s their issue, not mine. I don’t have to stay overweight for anybody.
