Stop The Insanity by Susan Powter

I really liked Susan Powter’s first book ‘Stop the Insanity’ because she really breaks down how to eat to lose weight (in short eat what you want but avoid foods that are high in fat), but more important she stressed how she did not get her head together, or really deal with her issues before/during/even after she lost weight. I thought that was really interesting, crucial even, because so often we stop ourselves from making changes because we over-think it and/or feel we have to get our mental stuff right before change is possible.
