I’ve been a vegetarian for the past 22 years and the number one question I get is: Do you eat salad every day? In the summer when salad stuff is in season, YES. I love salad!! It’s wonderful stuff, it tastes so good and I can eat as much as I want of it! I’m struggling with getting my weight to a healthy level so this is a big deal for me. I still have ‘eyes bigger than belly’ syndrome, LOL.
A recent salad I took to work, it was so good and filling! the tomatoes, some of the greens, zucchini and stuff are from the garden; the soybeans from the store.

Salads ARE really tasty. That one looks really healthy. It’s so encouraging to see that you’re sticking with your weight loss program. I’m doing good with my eating right, but can’t seem to motivite myself to exercise. Any suggestions?
Try doing it first thing when you wake up. Get up a half hour earlier than you usually do and go straight into your exercise. That way it’s done and out of the way for the day
