		<description>Try doing it first thing when you wake up. Get up a half hour earlier than you usually do and go straight into your exercise. That way it&#039;s done and out of the way for the day :)</description>

		<description>Salads ARE really tasty. That one looks really healthy.  It&#039;s so encouraging to see that you&#039;re sticking with your weight loss program.  I&#039;m doing good with my eating right, but can&#039;t seem to motivite myself to exercise. Any suggestions?</description>
