Going on 9pm and I haven’t exercised yet…unless you count doing laundry! About to do a half hour walk in front of the tune, Leslie Sansone.
Today’s Goals:
30 minutes walk
120 oz. water
Raw veggies for snacks
One serving meals, no seconds
Low salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 6am
Today’s weight: 151
Goal weight: 125
