60-Day Juice Fasting: Day 1
I’ve decided to go on a 60-day juice fast! I’ve done some research on it and I believe this will be a great help to me in learning personal discipline as well as healing my water-retention issues. Luckily we already have a juicer so making fresh juice is no problem. I’m excited about this! Today’s health/fitness goals:
30 minutes yoga
Walk 2 miles
120 oz. water
80 oz. fresh juice
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 5am
