Today was kind of rough, I was tempted to break my fast today! My olderson came home with cake from a friend’s party. But then I decided, if I break it now I’ll probably never do it. So ignored the cake and stuck it out! 58 days to go. %8 sounds so much ‘less than’ 60 LOL.

Today’s health/fitness goals:
30 minutes yoga
Walk 2 miles
120 oz. water
80 oz. fresh juice
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 5am
