6o-Day Juice Fasting: Day 3
It’s early in the day but do far I feel ok. Very buoyed up and full of energy, although I did have a hard time getting up this morning. The real test will come between 4-6pm, which is my crunch time. As today is my 3rd day I think I will weigh myself…I feel any weight loss that has occurred will help spur me on, but then on the other hand my goal with this fast is learning personal mastery over my appetite and self-discipline. Not weight loss. So maybe I won’t weigh myself after all.
Today’s health/fitness goals:
30 minutes yoga
Walk 2 miles
120 oz. water
80 oz. fresh juice
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 5am
