Toe Healed!

My broken toe is finally healed, it took 8 weeks! I haven’t tried to run on it yet though, I’m going to wait a bit for that. But it sure is nice to walk around without crutches or without the special foot boot. Just being up on both feet this past week I’ve lost 2 pounds. So great to be active again! I’m just walking this week, then next week going back to the gym. Maybe running in September, we’ll see.

Today’s health/fitness goals:
30 minutes yoga
Walk 2 miles
120 oz. water
Raw veggies for snacks
Raw fruit for dessert
One serving meals, no seconds
No salt added to food
Brush & floss after every meal
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 5am
