I’m going to run in the Cleveland Marathon 5k run on Saturday…planned to do the half-marathon, then the 10k, but I’m not really ready for either. Baby steps back into running, for me. A 5k run is only 3.1 miles, so it will be an ok run, not strenuous at all. I’m not ready for strenuous or stressful either physically or mentally. It starts at 7:30am this coming Saturday. I’ll be done at 8:10, LOL, that is seriously how slow I run these days. I was thinking then on Sunday maybe going down to watch the full, half, and 10k races, see how the runners in those are doing.
