I got in an extra walk today! Off work so I walked a mile to the bank and store and then walked a mile back. Took me 15 minutes each way. Not my fastest speed, but hey I’ll take it. Still going to do my fast walk tonight, so I’ll have a total of 7 miles for today! ^_^
