Went to the doctor today, everything is so-so with my heart. I’m not allowed to go running again and NO coffee *cries* but I do not have to go on medication, yay! I’m very bummed out about the coffee, that will be harder for me to comply with than the no running. I have to get all the coffee out of the house ASAP. Did my 5 mile/10,000 steps walk after dinner. yay!

Oh I’m so sorry you’re having to make these changes! I’ll keep you in my thoughts in the days ahead, because I’m sure the coffee withdrawal will not be pleasant. Survivable, but not fun.
