Ah, I’m having the dreaded Lady Days. Part relief, part agony. Being a woman is so hard sometimes. I was off work today and am resting up. Trying to muster up the energy to do my walk.
Really tired today; all this walking must be getting to me. Still, gonna do another 5-mile fast walk today in a bit. Then sleep. Glorious sleep. Food: 1335 calories Water: 64 oz. Exercise: 5 mile fast walk Mood: good

I’m so exhausted today. I didn’t get to sleep until after 4am this morning and I am really feeling it. I can’t even muster up the energy to do my walk…so I’m skipping it today. Food-wise I did ok, ate about 1500 calories and drank lots of water.
I have 30 days to go! I’m not even close to my goal but I feel good. Today is Thanksgiving and I didn’t eat too much, managed to stay under 2,000 calories including a slice of pumpkin pie and wine. Then after dinner I did my 5 mile fast walk. It was a good day.

I walked 6 miles today! Really feeling it now, but I’m glad I did it. As I’m nearing the end to this challenge I plan to increase my exercise from 2 miles a day to at least 5 miles a day. Today was the first day. I had to take a nap afterwards LOL.

Long day at work today, I subbed for a special education teacher and the kids were a little rowdy. Going for a nice brisk walk after dinner. Food: 1344 calories Water: 64 oz. Exercise: 30 minutes brisk walk Mood: good

Feeling much better today. Getting back to normal. Food: 1450 calories Water: 64 oz. Exercise: 30 minute brisk walk Mood: ok
Enraged at myself today. Gorged on pizza and cake. It was my youngest son’s birthday party and I just pigged out. I feel disgusting and sick. Gag.

Whew I’m tired. Productive day today but did not make it to the gym after all. Oh well, tomorrow is another day. I did do my brisk walk today! Food: 1733 calories Water: 64 oz. Exercise: 30 minutes brisk walk Mood: hopeful
I need to get back into the gym! Brian and I are both off work tomorrow so we’ll go. I really need to schedule it in, figure out a plan. I’ve been walking around my home which is ok but I need to get back on the machines. Also Zumba, I really miss doing that.
