I didn’t eat too much candy yesterday, but I had my fill. Today back on the food plan. Nice day at work, I subbed for a third grade teacher today. It was a nice class. Now I’m home and getting ready to eat. I’ll go for a brisk 30 minute walk later.

I’ve read that sleeping between 6-8 hours of sleep is best to optimize your body for weight loss. I’ve been doing well with sleeping about 8 hours a night, so will keep that up! Food: 1875 calories Water: 70 oz. Exercise: Brisk walk 2 miles Mood: great!

I subbed at a school that was about 2 miles from the school where my husband works, and since it was an early school we got out earlier than my husband’s school. So I walked down to his school at the end of the day rather than wait for him to come pick me up. [...]
