			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have got to get back to the gym; working the elliptical machine really is a HUGE fat burner. It&#8217;s a high calorie burn workout and very easy on my knees. Still no new shoes yet, I&#8217;ve been so busy no time to shop. I hope to get some this weekend. Will definitely post a pic! Oh yah and I&#8217;ve lost 3 pounds since last check in, yay!</p>
<p><strong>Today’s health/fitness goals:</strong><br />
30 minutes yoga<br />
Run 5 miles<br />
120 oz. water<br />
Raw veggies for snacks<br />
Raw fruit for dessert<br />
One serving meals, no seconds<br />
No salt added to food<br />
Brush &#038; floss after every meal<br />
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 5am<br />
40 pounds to goal weight!</p>
