			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m taking up belly dancing after being inspired by <a href="http://www.backinskinnyjeans.com/">Back in Skinny Jeans</a>, who I discovered on <a href="http://twitter.com">Twitter</a>. She posted questions about belly dancing and it reminded me about my desire to take a belly dance class again. The classes were easy to find, I did a quick google search and several options for my area came up. I found a belly dancing class near me and just called and registered! It starts 11/25. Maybe this will be what finally gets my belly flat, ha.</p>
<p>Today’s Goals:<br />Run 2 miles<br />Walk 10,000 steps<br />Drink 120 oz water<br />One serving meals, seconds declined<br />No salt added to food<br />Raw veggies for snacks, raw fruit for dessert<br />Brush &#038; floss after every meal<br />Start: 210 pounds<br />Today’s weigh-in: 138.5 pounds<br />Goal: 130 pounds</p>
