			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have to get at least 6 hours or I am low-energy the next day. I aim for 8 but feel great at 6-7 hours. I used to be a chronic insomniac!!! and &#8216;got by&#8217; on 4 hours or less usually.</p>
<p>I need to make sure I am eating right, too. I try to eat fresh fruit and raw veggies every day, and drink lots of water, like at last 60 oz of water.</p>
