She posted questions about belly dancing and it reminded me about my desire to take a belly dance class again. The classes were easy to find, I did a quick google search and several options for my area came up. I found a belly dancing class near me and just called and registered! It starts 11/25. Maybe this will be what finally gets my belly flat, ha.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A friend of mine suggested that for my last 10 pounds I try to cut out salt completely from my diet. I have drastically lowered my salt intake this year and I am convinced it does help, but it seems to me to eat a no-salt diet would be too much work. Initially not adding salt to my food was hard, but now it&#8217;s easy enough to pass up the salt. Why does it work? Well salt causes your body to retain water, which shows up on the scale as excess weight. So when you reduce your salt intake, you quickly lose a lot of water weight. This is a confidence boost that can help you in the first few weeks to stay the course and start losing real fat.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Taking full-body pics like before this weekend but here&#8217;s a quick snap. Major difference from last round of pics is in my legs though. I&#8217;m 10 pounds from my goal, wooooooot! I am sure I will knock that off by the end of October. Mainly I&#8217;ve been walking, doing yoga, and chair exercises when I&#8217;m chained to my desk. I&#8217;m going to get back into the gym once my schedule clears up a bit. </p>
