Ok I did not run today, just not feeling it. Went to work and had a great day. I subbed at a school where I was on the third floor, so I was up and down the stairs all day. I’ll count that as a bit of exercise, yes I will.

I am not feeling it today at all. I feel so tired and worn out this morning. I hope I feel more peppy after I’ve finished my coffee! Today’s goals same as yesterday, though I might do a very short run (1/2 mile) later.

whew my 45 minute fast walk was hard!! but also exhilarating. I feel very ramped up now. I think from now on I’m going to do my fast walk first thing in the morning, that way I get it out of the way and get a big boost to start my day.

I’ve been easing back into exercise, doing Walk at Home with Leslie Sansone. I get it for free on demand via cable. I might buy her dvds because she is so cool, and it’s a really good workout. I’m going to start running again April 1st, or I should say dragging myself about LOL
