			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today I had another long walk. I had to go to the bank and my car is out, so I ended up walking there. I kind of ambled along so it took me and hour to walk there and an hour back. I also did yoga this morning.</p>
<p>Today’s Health Goals:<br />
30 minutes yoga<br />
30 minutes walking at 5mph<br />
Drink 120 oz water<br />
One serving meals, no seconds<br />
Raw veggies or air-popped popcorn for snacks<br />
Fruit for dessert<br />
Brush &#038; floss after every meal<br />
Today’s weigh-in: 155 pounds<br />
Goal Weight: 130 pounds</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today was a good day. I didn&#8217;t get my run in but I worked today substitute teaching so I was on my feet for at least half the day. It was a good day. I also did a half-hour of yoga. Calorie-wise I had a light lunch, and for dinner had grilled chicken with rice and spinach. I want to write more but I am bushed. I decided to write daily on this blog though starting April 1st so here I am! more tomorrow.</p>
