<p>Today’s Goals:<br />30 minutes yoga<br />Drink 120 oz water<br />One serving meals, seconds!<br />No salt added to food<br />Raw veggies for snacks, pie for dessert<br />Brush &#038; floss after every meal<br />Start: 210 pounds<br />Today’s weigh-in: 137 pounds<br />Goal: 130 pounds</p>
