			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So I have lost some more weight and my knees feel so much better. But still not at goal weight and still struggling with having too much weight on my knees. I&#8217;m getting new running shoes next week so I think that will make a big difference because my current pair of shoes is about through. Next knee fat post will include a pic!</p>
<p>Today&#8217;s health/fitness goals:<br />
30 minutes yoga<br />
Run 10 miles<br />
120 oz. water<br />
Raw veggies for snacks<br />
Raw fruit for dessert<br />
One serving meals, no seconds<br />
No salt added to food<br />
Brush &#038; floss after every meal<br />
Bedtime when sleepy, wake up 6am<br />
43 pounds to goal weight!</p>
