			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Last night I drank a wee bit too much at a party, but stayed in my calories food-wise. Still, I&#8217;m running an extra mile today and drinking lots of water because alcohol has been known to dehydrate me and bloat me up, yuck. good news, I lost 3 pounds since Monday! going low salt is the key for me, for sure. That and running. I feel I am losing both excess water and actual fat.</p>
<p>30 minutes yoga<br />
30 minutes brisk walking<br />
2 mile run<br />
Drink 120 oz water<br />
One serving low salt meals, no seconds<br />
Raw veggies and/or air-popped popcorn for snacks<br />
Fruit for dessert<br />
Brush &#038; floss after every meal<br />
Today’s weigh-in: 161 pounds<br />
Goal Weight: 130 pounds</p>

<p>I&#8217;m going to run in the Cleveland Marathon 5k run on Saturday&#8230;planned to do the half-marathon, then the 10k, but I&#8217;m not really ready for either. Baby steps back into running, for me. A 5k run is only 3.1 miles, so it will be an ok run, not strenuous at all. I&#8217;m not ready for strenuous or stressful either physically or mentally. It starts at 7:30am this coming Saturday. I&#8217;ll be done at 8:10, LOL, that is seriously how slow I run these days. I was thinking then on Sunday maybe going down to watch the full, half, and 10k races, see how the runners in those are doing.</p>
